Dds eating is quite random apart from her main evening meal. She does eat lots of fruit and veg though. She is very fit and does loads of sport and has grown a lot recently. Should I be giving her vitamin / iron supplements? If so does anyone recomend anything? I am just not sure it is necessary but would it be a bad thing ?

Spatone sachets of water are good, from Boots and other health stores. You can put them in their morning juice and they don't even notice, sorry they are iron sachets. Look at their website. I also give DS1 aged 7 and multi vitamin everyday and pro-biotic one, Halib Orange ones, again from Boots.
