Hi there, I know this is an old thread but would be very interested to find out where was that orthodontist who did the expansion on nhs based. I am trying to find something for my 13 yr old, she needs a palatal expansion and the dentist we saw quoted 7 k plus 8k for the braces. I would like to go down the route of expansion but the cost is prohibitive. Any suggestions for treatments around London and south east. I am happy to pay but this seems excessive.
