Looking for private doctor in Northwest London that offers membership scheme (for new baby )

I have a few friends in South London who take their new babies to private doctors that offer "membership schemes." You pay a flat monthly fee (usually around £40-50) for unlimited care. I'm looking for something similar closer to home (Hampstead/Belsize/Swiss Cottage/St. John's Wood) but haven't been able to find anything. Does anyone have any recommendations? Here are two that I know of, but they aren't very close to me (Notting Hill and Earl's Court).
