2yo DS's gums bleeding when teeth brushed

Only at the very front - that tiny bit between the two front teeth - but it must hurt because he cries and resists teeth cleaning.

ANy ideas what it is or what I should do?

Could be a few things.

A samll cut, a gum infection, an ulcer.

You just need to take a closer look.

Gums can sometime bleed if not getting brushed properly or brushing too hard.

If worried take him to the dentist
