This is rather vague but for the last week or so DD (11 mths) has become very grizzly in the afternoons. She has a lunchtime nap, wakes up and then moans all afternoon. She's always scratching her right ear and the last 2 nights she's been up in the night crying. She's had diarrhoea the last 3 days but only in the afternoon and she's got pretty bad nappy rash (but has done for ages now, not sure what causes that!). I've read infections clear up after 2-3 days so it might not be that but she's not herself at the mo. She also stopped bfing about the time she started with the afternoon grizzle sessions. Should I take her to the GP?
