DS2 only ill at night???

DS2 is 17months.fine during day altho bit snotty as all kids are but by bedtime temp goes up, dry rasping cough, unsettled painful cry

we all get naff-all sleep but come the morning he's full of beans and perfectly well..until the next night

what's up with him?? (we are now on 4th night of this)

sounds a bit like croup. Give paracetamol and take him into the bathroom and run the bath/shower hot so that it gets steamy. That will help.
