white lump

DD has a white lump on her tonsil but no pain or redness. It's quite big Does anyone know what this could be please?

DD had one of these recently, i cant remember what the nurse said it was called, sorry! But she did say it was a collection of pus which will eventually burst and probably wont taste very nice but wont do any harm. Hope this helps, sorry i cant remember what its called!
