2 year olds tteth

how often do you brush yours

i always religiously give lo brush eve

but... mornings rarely as has breakfast late then

have had rush to play groups etc

never during day but does not eat many sweets except fruit pouches

is that bad?

do you brush once? twice? after meals?

have i been bad mum and is little on going to lose teeth

just suddenly hit me this morning ...that mornignins should be brushed

how do you spot bad/rotting/decay on teeth anyway?

Morning and evenings always have done, its a good habit to get into.

we brush ours before breakfast so we dont have to go back upstairs which would interfere with the school run. It is then done again just before bed.

At that age, once - it was such a battle we couldn't face it more than once a day. Twice a day brushing has only started since school, because it's made the morning a little bit more structured. I do think we've been pretty lucky to get away with it though - DD has inherited DH's sweet tooth, but fortunately seems to have inherited my PHYSICAL teeth.

the british dental health foundation advises to brush before breakfast so I am actually doing something right!
