really sore nappy rash on my ds

can anyone suggest a cream other than conotrane and sudocreme for my ds, he is 15 months and screaming every time his nappy gets changed, only appeared last night due to bad tummy.

We used calendula cream on ds - he has awful nappy rash if left in a dirty nappy for more than 3 seconds! Or if you don't fancy that then Metanium works fantastically but is much more chemical.
