Need help please ! My baby has a rash (nothing too angry but still)

She is 11 months old, I have noticed earlier that she had a lots of pink spots all over her chest and back and on her face it looks like she has some varicoses (sp)..She is also very pale and her eyes are redish.The temp is just under 38 degres..she doesnt complain much but cant help worriying, took an appointment with doc..just want to know if you have any experience of that ?? Thank you !

my 22 month old charge has a 'non-specific virus' accompanied with a rash.

It's not itchy and sort of gets a bit angry-looking after her bath.

Thanks - just got back from the drs who said the same juney bean. Bless her, DD is full of cold though!
