Baby keeps being sick, should I keep feeding him?

Sickness is getting more and more. This morning he completely soaked the front of my t-shirt. He fights feeding (breastfeeding). He now can't seem to keep anything down.

What can I do when he is obviously hungry/in distress? Keep feeding him and hope some of it stays down?

We have a doctors appointment later, but wondered what to do now?

Seems he might have reflux so have some infant gaviscon. Just have the battle of trying to get him to take it!"
