Regular "loose" poo - is this normal

My dd's poo is always more on the "loose" side than firm. She is three and I was wondering if this was normal or could it be a problem with her diet. She often complains of a sore tummy before she goes to the toilet. She has a pretty healthy diet - lots of fruit and veg and not much fatty food so I don't understand it.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

'toddler diarrhea' maybe. It is normally advised to decrease juices and increase fat and fibre.

DD1 had this. We found that cutting out grapes and clear apple juice (high in fructose) really helped.

Thanks guys - that is really helpful and has put my mind at ease. I will definitely be reviewing her diet to see if it helps.
