Why would dd keep being sick?

Sorry, title not very clear. 20 month old dd was massively sick last night just as she was nodding off to sleep. The same thing happened the night before. She's absolutely fine during the day and really perky after she's been sick. Same thing happened a couple of months ago, just being sick before bed and fine the rest of the time. It lasted about a week that time.

I'm not particularly worried as she seems totally fine the rest of the time, if a little clingy maybe so I don't think she's ill but just wonder what it could be and if there is anything I could be doing?

TIA

Maybe take her to the GP if she keeps doing it.
