He basically isnt sleeping very well. He goes to sleep fine, but is very fidegty in the night, he talks in his sleep and i can hear him throwing himself around the bed. When he wakes up he says he is 'so tired'. He has also recently been waking up at 5.30 ish (no not birds or the sun as it is pitch black)

any suggestions?

I would ditto Mrs Magnolia. My health visitor introduced me to this idea when my DD1 now almost 18 was suffering with non specific bits. it is helpful for lots of different things. Hope you find something to help him.

I would suggest cranial too. My daughter had a traumatic birth and since having cranial she now sleeps through the night., She used to wake every single night before it.

he has had cranial alot as a baby...

He was always a good sleeper. He was up again at 5.15am today

I would try more cranial oest. General rough and tumble can affect the head or other bones, my DDs get it every few months. DD1 needs it due to a medical condition but DD2 gets it because she is very active and rough.

he IS very rough/tumble kind of kid, always throwing himself around. I'll try to get him seen next week at my osteopaths i think, thanks
