Green poo

My 12 week old DD had a viral infection 2 weeks ago and last week started having the occasional nappy filled with green poo. The runny nose has gone completely now but she is still having frequent soiled nappies and more frequently the poo is green. She is fully breastfed. What does this mean? She's smiley and well otherwise.

Usually means they're in pain- e.g tummy ache or teething. That's what my doctor told me anyway. May be worth getting teething powder or some paracetamol?

A lot of younger babies get green poo when they are growth spurting and gorging on milk! If she's sleeping well and generally well, buy the next size up in clothes quick!!
