Baby concussion signs?

Ds2 fell off the bed onto wood floor about half an hour ago. He's 6.5mths.
Screamed like anything, wasn't sick and has fallen asleep- he was already tired as bedtime was overdue.
what signs should I look for concussion?
is it right to rouse him a couple of times in the night to check he's ok?

Call NHS direct, they gave me great info when DD fell against a coffee table. They told me where to check for bumps etc etc and told me to rouse her every 2 hours through the night.

Poor pickle, I would check though, they were great with me.
