DD1 and her brother and sister have taken their "clever medicine"/"clever pastilles" for a good 7/8 years now.We found the benefits to our first daughter so amazing after just three weeks of using them that we've carried on giving them all some sort of supplement.However,dd1 has just started high school and it seems her concentration level is quite low at the moment (she's told us this herself) and she's very, very tired too.(alot to take in but she also has had a bad cough for almost two weeks which has taken its'toll a bit).Does anyone know if any of the advanced Omega 3 supplements are good and,if so,which ones? (preferably with added vitamins too.)
