clammy hands and feet

Hi,
My 7 week old ds has really clammy feet and hands all the time, anyone else heard of this!
Also his poo is green as opposed to the yellow korma colour! Sorry if anyone is eating their dinner!
Just wondered if anyone else knows anything about either or all of these!

my 7 month old had the clammy hands and feet and when he rubbed his feet together they got red and sore looking. not sure if its the same but it went when he was about 4 months.
