3 week old with poo issue

Not sure if this is anythiong to be worried about but my 3WO DS is v irregular with his poos. He poos about once every 2 days and really grimaces and twists before they arrive. they are a lovely mustard colour and really runny
He is on formula now as I had really painful mastitis, and feeds well although is hungry every 3 hours rather than 4, which DS 1 was at this stage.

Is this a problem, or am I being daft??

sounds fine to me - every couple of days is reasonable for pooing and every 3h (or more often!) is very normal for feeding

he migth be feeling the difference between bf poos and formula poos (iyswim)
