Am I destroying ds's teeth?

More of a dental question than a health question this one, but ds absolutely loves our electric toothbrush to the point he'll only brush his teeth using it now. I though initially it was great, he does a full 2 mins... he must have the cleanest teeth in the land of toddlers However, I'm starting to worry it might damage his teeth. I'm still using baby toothpaste, but are electric toothbrushes too abrasive? Can you get ones more suitable for two year olds>

do you use a softer brush head? If so it should be fine. Both dd and ds have used electric toothbrushes from around the age of 2. We now alternate between the electric and the normal one.

I use the ones that we've got for our teeth... I'm not sure how soft or hard it is in the scheme of things.

You can get electric toothbrushes suitable from birth [shoch] in mothercare! I have just ordered one actually for my ds who is 2.5 so am sure it will be fine.
