Shall I take her to the dentist ? Will she need to have milk teeth extracted to make room for the big tooth growing ???

Sounds noirmal , the new one will gradually displace the old and make it wobbly.

Entirely normal, my dd had this. The dentist was not worried.

So no need to take her to the dentist then ? Thank you ladies !

It's fine aslong as the baby one falls out eventually.
This is the way ds1's teeth grow in.
