Quick question-booster jab at 12 mo-what is it?

I received an immunisation reminder a few weeks ago to book 12mo old DD in for a routine booster jab this week and have lost the slip. I know it definitely wasn't for MMR but can't remember exactly what it is for.

Apologies for the stupid question but can any one help? What do they have at 12months?! TIA!

It is the Hib/Men C jab at 12 months and the MMR and Pneumococcal ones at 13 months. See here
