DS (11mo) has a pale patch on his head - pale scalp rather than a pale patch of hair...

He's always had it, GP shrugged it off when I mentioned it and I am just used to it now, but I kept meaning to ask about it. Does anyone know what it is?

did you have a forceps delivery? DS1 has an odd patch on his scalp which I have realised is a scar from the forceps

no, normal delivery. It's just at the side of his soft spot, about an inch by an inch, maybe bigger.
