Armpit rash ?

My 2.5 year old DS has what looks like insect bites in his armpits. He has 3 red lumps one side and one in the other. I would think it was just insect bites, except it's only in the armpit and in both of them. DS reports "itchy" but doesn't seem to find them sore, and hasn't actually been seen to scratch.

Any ideas ?

my dd has had chicken pox recently, it started under her armpit, could it be that.

.. had chicken pox a couple of months ago. He's now reporting a sore head as well, and sometime claims a sore bottom, which appears to be his groin.. (sometimes he says it's fine too)

Molluscum?

what on earth is that ?

... add in a temperature and claiming sore head and feeling cold ? I'm also now calling NHS 24..
