Balanitus - anyone's lo got it?

my ds 4 years and just been to docs who said he has this...have got penicillin to take.

He said he may have to be circumcised as his skin is very, very tight!!!

it says in this article 'A single episode of balanitis is certainly not an indication for circumcision and recurrent balanitis in the absence of true phimosis can usually be managed non-surgically, particularly in boys under about 5 years of age.'
