what is this on ds's legs ?

he has had it for 2 weeks now and its like a heat rash ? maybe prickly heat ,its pinkish and raised like pimples.he is not bothered by it at all .
took him to gp she said its either dermatitis or heat rash .should i be giving him piraton (sp) ?

he has the odd one or two on his torso and arms also

probably molluscum contagiosum here

no dont think it is -my nephew has it and looks nothing like it

anyone else ?
its spreading to the rest of his body now and still isnt bothering him but looks horrible

Having difficulty making out the picture but it sounds exactly like what's been happening on my LOs skin the last two or three weeks. I had put it down to heat/sweat rash, because the weather is so sticky. Well, it is here in Cambs.

yeah maybe but its more like acne spots if you see what i mean and its not hot here at all the last week ,suffolk ?
and the ones on his body are spaced far apart not togther like heat rash
