some kid threw a stone at ds2 head this afternoon while playing at the front of the house. there was a small mark and just a tiny amount of blood but ds2 (10) was crying and said he had thrown it hard.
he now has a headache so i am wondering if the same advice as a fall/ banged head applies with this??

How big was the stone, and what kind of wound has it left behind?

If there's a lump, I think that's a good thing? Meaning that any swelling is coming outwards oppossed to going inwards. But I did quickly have a look in my paediatric book, and it says that any blow to the head which leads to a headche should be checked out. Not a dr or anything, just someone with a book
