kidney transplant

I hve a friend with a 3 1/2 yr old who's having a transplant. I have looked everywhere on the net but all the info is too grown up for him, even the kids info. Any ideas/experience as he has a twin who needs to know too.

My friend's son had a transplant when he was 1 year old (kidney from his dad). I'll ask her if she knows of any sources of info.
