vomiting 22mth old? What to do?

DS2 has been vomiting since 6am. He is now only bringing up bile, and any water he is drinking.

Not sure whether to take to GP or not.

Should I just keep giving water and hope he keeps some down?

I'm no expert but would suggest contacting your GP if he is not keeping water down, particularly in view of the heat. Poor little thing - I hope he is better soon
