ADVICE!!! PLEASE!

DD temperature just hit 39- been 38.5 all day- she is achey and has a sore throat. Doesnt want to eat but is drinking. Temperature anything to be worrying about yet??

have you given any meds e.g. paracetamol/ibuprofen to help bring it down?
