DD temp has gone down, the spots are everywhere, but she has now been sick. Is this normal?

This didn't happen with either of my dds and I don't think it is usually common.

Perhaps it could be (very bad luck if so) that she has a slight bug plus the cpox?

DS did, just once on his worst day. Friend's DD did too.

she could have spots in her throat which would make her feel sick and could cause the vomiting.

If it's persistent then perhaps speak to the gp, but if it's only the once then i wouldn't worry.

DD was sick once, but only when her temp was still very high.

DS was violently sick just the once, completely out of the blue, a day or two before his spots came out.

I've known of other children who did similar too.

Keep an eye on her -it might just be a brief thing though
