orange oily pooh anyone?

DS(3.2) went onto potty tonight and after lots of straining and the odd fart he stood up to survey his work..... brown softish pooh with little bright orange oily droplets as well
Did a bit of googling and along with the usual scary stuff up came cashews - which he did eat alot of yesterday. Anyone else experience this or any ideas/reassurance? Thanks

It's usually wax crayons. But mucous can look very orangey sometimes. I wouldn't worry unless he's sore. The cashews will change the consistency - they have a lot of fat in and it can't be processed because he's too little so.....out it comes
