Rash after immunisations?

My DD had her MMR and PCV two days ago and has developed a red patch around the site of the PCV jab. Is this a normal side effect? None of her other jabs have caused anything like this - she doesn't even get a temperature usually.

Yes a bit of local inflammation would not be unusual.
