15 month old sickness

my 15 month old vomited last night about 15 mins after being put to bed.

She settled again very easily after being cleaned up and slept through.

today she has been absolutely fine all day, eating and playing normally etc, part from 2 episodes of sick about an hour after eating dinner. TMI - they were only tiny amounts of sick, and it didny bother her in slightest.

Is this a bug? or something else. Anyone with any ideas? thanks

My DD2 had something similar a while ago. Was otherwise right as rain and seemed unconcerned. Went on for 5 days (the joy of washing bedding!). I was told it was a bug. She kept v little down, though, and as she was scrawny anyway, that became the issue. As long as your DD is keeping some fluids down, I'd wait for it to pass. But I remember NHS direct advising you to seek Drs input if the vomit turns green.

Hope it clears soon.
