DD 3yrs has been constantly sniffing for the last few days and it's driving me crazy! She doesn't have a runny nose, and there doesn't seem to be anything there to blow. She's not going to get how to blow her nose yet, have tried to teach her.
She does have slightly stickier than usual eyes but not red.
Hay fever? Is there anything I can do about it before it drives me round the twist?
Thanks for any insight.

Could be hayfever or a dust allergy .

I feel your pain drives me up the wall.

You could give her some Piroton and see if that improves but if you are worried take her to see GP .

Hope it's not dust. My house is sparkling clean for once!
Have never used piriton - may try.
Did notice tonight it stopped when she'd been inside for a bit and was at it's worst after trip in car with window open.
Not worried - more irritated!
