Is it really too warm today?

Hi, bit of advise please, I have just put baby to bed, room is 25c, as it has been a lovely day. The monitor is bleeping like mad. I have opened the window, not much more I can do but wait until the room cools naturally. BUT, I cant stop worring about fits and cot death. Am I have stupid, what does everyone else do when its just too warm?

Appropriately dressed? No covers? Window open a shade. We had a fan we used sometimes but otherwise, just a vest and nappy until it's cooler, then a sheet and maybe a light blanket.

Hiya - when ds was a baby I used to put him to bed lightly dressed and covered with a summer sleeping bag or just a sheet - when it was really really hot didn't use anything at all to cover him. Hope this helps.

Thanks guys, i will check the temperature of the room tomorrow before I put her to bed. Then decide clothes / tog of sleeping bag. Thanks agan.
