Hasn't pooed for 3 days - in discomfort and straining. Won't take boiled water - is it ok to give dilute juice? Keep trying massage too. Any other suggestions??!Need some sleep!

No, don't give any juice. If bf, it happens and can last up to one week, if on formula, this type isn't good for her/him, and you need to try another one, after talking to your gp.
If really in pain, you can, just for once in a while, buy some infant glycerin suppo, which will help. Don't do it daily, but in case of emergency it's ok
