Does it matter that during dd's cold, she'll barely eat or drink?

DD has had a temperature for 3 days. That's gone now, but she still has a low appetite and will barely drink. This might also be due to the large ulcer on her tongue. I'm bothered that she's only eating bits of crumpet etc and not much liquid. Does this really matter? She normally only eats veg disguised and not much fruit, now she's not having any.

I wouldnt worry about food at all. Will she have ice lollies?

how old is she? would try to keep her drinking, will help her feel better (dehydration makes you feel C$$p but a few days of not much food and most of it rubbish won't do any long term harm. Just don't tell anyone.

Thanks that's reassuring.
