Don't ask me how he did it, but ds1 has changed my digital thermometer from C to F and I don't know what his temp should be
I know it shouldn't be 105, but what do I need to get it down to?

105! If that is his temp get him to hospital NOW.

It should be 98.6F. Anything over 101F is very high. When DD had 104F she was hospitalised.

I took him yesterday, but it was back to normal. I've been on the phone to docs too and they saying (along with hospital yesterday) that it is a viral infection and I need to give him calpol

105 is a 40.5C. Ds's has been that all weekend and only brought down with regular doses of Calpol (and then only down to 39.8C). Rash and not really with it.GP said it is just a virus so Calpol and lots of fluids. Ds is 4. Started Friday evening and as of this morning is nearer normal (was 39.8 at 4am).
