Help! Thrush Again!!

My DD is 2.8 years and appears to be getting recurrent thrush, we have been to the GP around 5 times now and it goes for a bit then returns! Tonight it is really bad and very red and sore we will be returning to GP Again tomorrow, any advice and is this normal??? Getting a bit worried now! Thanks

what's her diet like?
too much sugar can make it worse, also a friend of mine who was a total marmite addict had to cut down on that as it was making her frequent bouts of thrush worse.

is she toilet trained yet? if so then cotton underwear is a must. if not then perhaps to do with her nappies?
