Dd2, 22mths is currently in hospital due to a chest infection. She has not eaten except for the odd weetabix for the last 6 days. They are giving her Iv fluids and Iv anti biotics and she has been in hosp since yesterday.
Any paeds specialists out there who can shed any light as to ways of getting her to eat. Also they are contemplating discharging her tomorrow but she has still not eaten anything.
I am an emergency nurse and I am out of ideas !
