Upset Tummy and Toilet Training problems with 4 year old

My 4 1/2 year old daughter suffers with food allergies - although the doctors say that there is nothing wrong with her and it is "childrens diarreah". When she has milky foods it causes diarreah almost immediately. I think that there is some other food causing the same reaction but i do not know where to start in working it out.

We are struggling to get her toilet trained in the day - she makes a mess in her pants, and wees - sometimes twice a day.

We have been trying to get her dry at night, and whilst when we first tried she was dry straight away it did not last long and she wees most nights.

I am really worried that when she goes to school she will get taunted about both these problems and really need help to combat it before September.

I try to not make a deal of the problem, and congratulate her when she is dry over night or when i pick her up from nursery.

We have tried sticker charts, and they work for a couple of days then it stops working and she starts with messing her pants again.

Help. Any ideas would be gratefully appreciated.
