11mo dd very constipated...

She screams and cries when she poos and they are often hard but not always.

She has formula morning and night, 3 meals and 50-100ml of very diluted baby juice.

There have been no changes to her diet recently. She is possibly teething but this usually has the opposite effect!

Any ideas? Dp seems to think the whole milk we use on her morning cereal could be the cause but she had had this for a month now.

I'd up the fluids if she is only having 2 milk feeds and a few ounces of juice. Do you offer water/juice with and between meals? You could also try giving more fruit/veg (except banana which can be constipating). Prunes/prune juice are supposed to be good at helping with constipation

Thanks. She has been having weetabix but they arent working!

She has juice all day but will only have a bit then push it away. I think I will try prune juice then fruit.
