Hooray! DD (2&1/2) is going to have her adenoids out with the pioneering new suction treatment at Great Ormond Street! This should mean her nose stops streaming, as it has done since she was 11 months old, which will mean she no longer has moderate hearing loss and she will be able to speak properly (with some s&l sessions) because she will be able to close her mouth for long enough to say sounds such as p, b, m, f etc without fear of dying because she has her mouth closed when she needs it open to breathe!!! Can you sense how happy I am? Am going to finish my glass of wine and then go to bed! Night night all.
