Just a quick question re chicken pox! How quickly does it develop after the first spot appears usually?

My ds has has one spot which came up sunday morning.
Nothing else, and no sign either.
Could this possibly be it? His bro had it much worse.

If it's only one spot I would assume it wasn't cp (yet).
Takes exactly 2 weeks between spots appearing on one dc and then appearing on next dc, ime. Have you had a ~2 wk gap?
Took 4 days for spots to stop coming out on ds3.

it sure looks like a chicken pox i must say. There is not 2 weeks between it but maybe they caught it from diff people? it's all over the place round here.

Just would love it to be so mild
we are going on holiday and would be a God-send!

Some kids do just have the one or two spots i've heard.

some children can get only few spots and the ones who get it mild tend to be able to catch it again

ds didnt have that many spots and was warned its possible for him to catch them again
