best treatment for headlice?

any advice on best treatment for headlice?

i hvae 2 children did wet combing yesterday, 1 had a few the other had loads!! why is that?

Wet or dry combing every day with a good quality nit comb. When wet combing use a big dollop of conditioner.
By combing every day you don't give babies a chance to get old enough to reproduce.

it gets the eggs out as well
