could anyone give me any idea of what the normal range is for a 12yr old female, normal weight/height? She was diagnosed with asthma a few years back but docs thought she had grown out of it. lately, what with the introduction of cross country etc in yr7, she is complaining a lot more. I have an appointment with the nurse in 10 days time, but i do still have her peak flow meter, so thought i would record it over the next few days and take it with us to the nurse.

thanks seona, that was very helpful! And tulip, if you're still bored got time to fill, her flow varies between 250 and 300. She is about 150cm, and slim.
