DD aged 3 has pimples inside bottom lip

I looked at min and i have a couple but she has many, just inside the bottom lip? She spotted them not me...any ideas?

no she's had this before!

these are tiny pimples no particular colour.

Are they definitely 'spots' and not just the normal bumps inside ones mouth?

if they look like small white round dots, they are probably salivary gland tissue.
best to check with dentist.
if child ill etc, see GP
