check my little one's left big toe nail
bashed on door and eponchyium lifted a bit
cuticle raise a bit
slight swelling perhaps
no bruise etc
walks fine barefoot but not well with shoes
should this be dealt with at a and e or will
it heal/attach back to nail with time?
any any advice appreciated
