is there something wrong with 5 month old ds2?

since he was born his big toe sits quite far apart from the others. i cant stretch mine that far! i knoe bones are still growing etc but never seen this before?

havent yet asked, he has alot of health issues that this hasnt really been a priority, just wondering if anyone had experience
